Job Details
Scoop Soldiers Pet Waste Removal Service is filling full-time positions on established routes.
We provide weekly dog poop scooping services to residential and commercial clients.
We go into clients' yards; pick up all dog poop; bag the poop up; close/lock the gate, and haul the poop away.
We operate during the daylight hours of Monday - Friday.
We provide you with a company truck and all necessary equipment and supplies needed to successfully perform your "dooties".
Historically the best fit for the routes are people that do not mind working independently; love dogs; can maintain a steady pace.
and are able to work through the rain, cold, and heat to get the job done.
Dogs are typically inside but sometimes they are in the yard when we clean.
All dogs that show any signs of aggression will be required to be inside or we will not clean the yards.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
-We do what we say we will
-Weekly pay tips
-37 hour guarantee- if all standards are met, even if you work fewer than 37 hours, we will pay you for 37 hours.
--5 days paid vacation in your first year. 10 in your second. 15 in your third year and moving forward
-You start and end at your house every day in our late model company truck. No money spent on personal gas or tolls to get to work.
-An established route; support when needed.
-Great exercise as there is a lot of walking involved
-A job where you get to make friends with tons of dogs!
A FEW THINGS THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Dog lovers!
-Very clean driving record, we drive a lot.
-Must be reliable and responsible. You must be an early riser, we start at 7AM most of the year.-
-Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Large dogs poop a lot!
-Be able to physically work in all types of backyard terrain. We scoop in grass, rocks, flower beds, patios. We scoop everywhere including under trampolines, playgrounds, soccer fields, etc.
-Able to work in rain and snow as well as heat and cold. This is one of the worst parts of the job. We work as long as it is safe!
-Detail-oriented. We never leave a pile behind.
